As usual with Town the allocation of the 33,800 tickets the Blues have been allocated is hugely complicated. But here goes. There is a varying range of prices: £20.00, £24.00, £27.00, £30.00, £35.00, £38.00, £40.00, £45.00, £55.00 and £60.00. The main Ticket Office will be open from 9 to 4 from Saturday 'til Wednesday. Priority is organised thus (deep breath)...

Saturday

Season Ticket holders are entitled to one ticket per season ticket book using Priority Voucher D.

Portman Plus Gold card can get one ticket on production of their card.

Junior season ticket holders with Blues Crew card are entitled to one additional ticket.

Sunday

Portman Plus and Blues Crew: One ticket on production of their card. Blues Crew members must be accompanied by a qualifying adult.

Holders of the play-off Final Voucher can purchase one ticket.

Monday

Away match passport holders will get one ticket.

Holders of eight previous home or away match tickets from this season.

Tuesday

Holders of four previous home or away match tickets from this season.

Wednesday

Ttickets will go on general sale with a maximum of two per applicant. The club asks fans to write to the Club with their ticket requests. In order to ensure the fair distribution tickets will be allocated by a draw from all requests. All supporters who would like to be included in this draw must have their application to the Club by Wednesday at noon.

Methods of Buying:

Post

When applying by post fans should enclose a letter stating their name, address, telephone number, season ticket voucher and membership card plus ticket requirement, number of tickets and preferred price. Plus in the event of unavailable then the maximum price you can pay. A blank cheque made payable to ITFC with the name and address written on the rear of the cheque should also be included or credit/debit card details: card number, expiry date, name on the card and issue number in the case of Switch. Payment by debit/credit card is subject to an administration charge of £1 per ticket. Also include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for tickets.

Written applications will only be accepted/received before 5.00 pm on Tuesday.

Envelopes should state clearly whether you are a season ticket holder, Portman Plus holder, priority voucher holder or general sale.

In Person

There will be 20 sales points for tickets purchased by cash or cheque. Credit card payments will be accepted, allow extra time for queuing for this service It is also subject to a £1 administration fee per ticket. There are only four machines for credit card purchases.

Phone, Fax and Email

The club is not accepting purchases by these methods.

Concessions

The Family Enclosure has a limited number of tickets for juniors and senior citizens as part of a family group. The priority system is as above. There must be at least one adult for every two children. Juniors must be 16 years old and under and OAPs must be 65 and over. Prices for Family Enclosure: £35/£24 adults and £17/£12 for concessions.

Wheelchairs

There is an allocation for 50 wheelchair patrons and 50 escorts allocated on a priority basis by Richard Powell and the disabled enclosure co-ordinator. Ccontact Richard Powell on (01473) 400 543. Prices: £20 for the wheelchair patron, £10 for the escort.

Coaches

In excess of 40 coaches are leaving Portman Road at 10.30 am on the day of the game. The prices are adults £12, concessions £8. Coach tickets can be booked at the same time as match tickets.
