Sheeran Leaks Town Third Kit

Blues sponsor Ed Sheeran has leaked Town’s third kit via Instagram.

Sheeran is wearing an all-black strip in a reel on his account and in the comments makes an apology to the club.

“Helsinki tour diary. Also, leaking the new Ipswich Town top (sorry [Town director of sales] Rosie [Richardson]!) - more info on that soon.”

We understand the kit is set for imminent release and unlike previous third strips will be made available to fans.

Black is a strong (lack of) colour and this looks quite classy to me. Sure, it's a marketing "wring more cash out of the fans" ploy but at least it's a nice shirt. Might have to be done?

IpswichT62OldBoy Do you mean the airport?? As the spelling of the airport doesn't have the "a" in it at the end it unlike the village.

Also according to the EADT Ed Sheeran designed this shirt himself, kudos Ed!!

Imagine if you got Ed to actually to personally sign one of the shirts he not only sponsors and supports but designed himself that would be a damn cool shirt to own!!

Think this is the best shirt home and away we've had in a long time.
Can't understand anyone moaning about this, we played in it a few times and everyone wanted one - the club listened and release it and people moan. It's quite simple, you don't like then don't buyðŸ™„
Got ours on pre order and can't wait for it to come.
