Town striker Darren Bent was twice rushed to hospital on Saturday night after the Blues had been beaten 2-1 at the City Ground. Bent suffered stomach pains on the way back from the Midlands and an ambulance was called.

The striker was taken to hospital where he underwent blood tests and after feeling better he was released.

However, the pain returned in the small hours and he was taken to Huntingdon Hospital. The problem was diagnosed as severe stomach cramps and he was reported to be feeling much better on Sunday.

Bent is a doubt ahead of Wednesday's trip to Liverpool as is John McGreal who picked up a minor ankle problem on Saturday.
