Town Draw Morecambe Again Sunday, 8th Dec 2002 15:34 Town have been drawn at home to Conference League side Morecambe in round three of the FA Cup. It's the third time in three years the Blues have faced non-league opposition at this stage with Morecambe their opponents two years ago. Town visited Dagenham and Redbridge last season. The 2000/01 match against Morecambe was played at their Christie Park ground, the Blues running out 3-0 winners with goals from Marcus Stewart, Alun Armstrong and Jermaine Wright. Morecambe, currently fifth in the Conference, overcame Chester City in round two, the game ending 3-2. Previously they beat Grantham Town and Chesterfield. The tie will be played on either January 4th or 5th.
