Town’s East Anglian Derby against Norwich City at Portman Road on Saturday 16th December has sold out.

Matchday tickets for the 12.30pm live-on-Sky game went on sale on Monday to Super Blues members who had attended three or more home league games since the beginning of last season.

Season ticket holders with memberships were then able to buy seats this morning and they quickly sold out. The Canaries have sold out their 2,000-seat allocation.

The Blues will be looking to beat their local rivals, who are currently 14th in the Championship, for the first time since 2009.

Saxonblue74 added 06:30 - Dec 1 As a Town fan living in South Norfolk I've been dishing out plenty of "banter" recently so need a result and performance to be proud of! I really hope the players approach it as just another game, in which case we should be fine. With the exception of Harry Clarke the guys are not Town "fans" so won't have the same emotional connection to this fixture that we do as fans.

Dissboyitfc added 07:13 - Dec 1 Had several bets with Norwich fans about who would finish highest, that's looking good! Couldn't find any to take a bet on this game! Living in south Norfolk and working in Norwich is an absolute pleasure atm and we need to win this to keep it that way! Isn't it lovely we are 18 games into the season sitting high with so much to play for and look forward to whilst they have very little to play for but mid table mediocrity. Wasn't so long ago we were a laughing stock in these parts and many of their fans felt sorry for us, now they hate us again.

Europablue added 11:57 - Dec 1 Dissboyitfc 6th place looks like it's still up for grabs, Norwich aren't too far off the playoffs, but they would need a sharp upturn of form. To do it. I'll be happy with a 1-0 or actually whatever win from that game.
