Town appear to have been premature in announcing the one month loan signing of Chris Bart-Williams, according to Charlton manager Alan Curbishley.

The Addicks boss says the deal will go through but only if his players return from international duty fit: "We agreed in principle to the loan, but it still depends on the availability of our international players and whether they return fit and healthy from their games with their countries."

Former Town captain Matt Holland and one-time target Claus Jensen are two of the Charlton midfield players away at present. The international players are due back with Charlton on Thursday at which point Curbishley will decide whether to allow Bart-Williams to join Town.
