A newspaper report claims that out-of-favour Town striker Alun Armstrong may be interesting Reading and Millwall. Armstrong has scored four goals in the last two Town reserves games.

The links appear to come from the presence at Wednesday's victory over Fulham of Reading boss Steve Coppell and Millwall assistant manager Ray Wilkins.

Armstrong is out of contract at Town in the summer and has said he is looking for a permanent move away. He is less keen on a loan, however he may be interested in short-term switch if it looked like it might lead to a longer term deal.
