Reserve Squad for Arsenal
Reserve Squad for Arsenal
Wednesday, 18th Oct 2000 10:28

Town's reserve squad for tonight's game with Arsenal (KO 7pm) is possibly the strongest ever with several high profile members of the squad involved. David Johnson, James Scowcroft, Amir Karic, Martijn Reuser, Gary Croft and John Scales are all amongst those likely to start with Karic making his first start in a Town shirt.

Tonight's game also sees a new initiative from the club which allows up to five children to enter the ground free with every adult. Alesha Gooderham, the club's director of communications, said of the new scheme: "Recognising that children are the future lifeblood of the club, our board of directors have decided to allow children free entry when accompanied by an adult."

Fans are being moved from the Cobbold Stand to the Britannia Stand for reserve matches for the rest of the season so that activities can take place on the new surface behind the Britannia Stand.

Town squad: Salmon, Croft, Karic, J Miller, Scales, Abidallah, Reuser, Scowcroft, Logan, Johnson, Friars, Midgley, Pullen, Nicholls, Artun, Snowdon and Subrin.
