Fab: Drinks Are On Me Monday, 27th Sep 2004 11:35 Red-carded defender Fabian Wilnis promised to buy Shefki Kuqi a drink after the striker netted the goals which took ten-man Town to a 3-2 victory against Plymouth on Saturday. Wilnis had seen red for a reckless challenge on Argyle's Keith Lasley in the first half. Wilnis said: "I will be buying Shefki a drink. I really owe him and the rest of the lads. I let the fans down, my team-mates, the manager and myself. I was very disappointed to get the red card, but the team managed to get the three points. "Such is the spirit in the squad, that I still had the belief in them although it was very difficult. When Shefki equalised, I knew we could go on and win." Wilnis felt the straight red card shown by referee Graham Salisbury was harsh: "I did catch the lad, but it wasn't deliberate. I was fully committed to making the tackle and thought I would win the ball. Once I made the tackle, I knew I would get a yellow, but I was very surprised when he showed me a straight red."
