Danny Haynes will have cursed the torrential rain more than most, the midfielder having netted a first-half hat-trick. The U16 match at Playford Road escaped the weather, the Blues beating the same opposition 2-1 with both Town goals coming from striker Jordan Rhodes, the son of goalkeeper coach Andy.
