Boss Joe Royle says he is keen to add one or even two loan players to his squad ahead of Sunday's home East Anglian derby against Norwich City. The Town manager is looking for a striker and a midfielder.

Royle said: "I want a forward and a midfielder. We are still looking and talking to people and I wouldn't rule out something happening before we play Norwich.

"But, as always, we are in other people's hands. I know who I would like, but it very much depends on how clubs are affected by injuries as to whether they can release any of their players."

Royle wants cover for the injured Nicky Forster and Ian Westlake, both of whom will be out of action until October.
