Thursday, 23rd Feb 2006 13:08
Ricardo Fuller has been granted a work permit to play for the Blues and is set to make his debut against Leicester City at Portman Road on Saturday. The Jamaican joins on a one-month loan with boss Joe Royle challenging the 26-year-old to win a permanent deal.
Royle and club secretary Sally Webb travelled to Sheffield earlier today for a hearing with Work Permits UK. The Town manager told the club site: "It is a victory for common sense and obviously we are delighted to have Ricardo with us again."
