Watford will be missing Championship top scorer Marlon King when the Blues travel to Vicarage Road on Monday afternoon. Town are waiting on Richard Naylor who suffered a head injury in Saturday's 2-1 defeat against Brighton.

King is suspended from the Town game after being red-carded in Friday's 1-1 draw with Wolves. Watford have no new injury problems and should have midfielder Dominic Blizzard back after a virus. Striker Hameur Bouazza is still out with a broken toe.

Joe Royle has already confirmed that Vemund Brekke Skard will make his first Town start against the Hornets, while Nicky Forster may also come into the line-up after a promising performance from the bench against Brighton.

Royle has left skipper Jim Magilton and loanee Jay McEveley out of the squad for the two Easter weekend games as he wants to use players who will be in his squad next season. Magilton's seven-year spell with the club will end in the summer, while Town will not be taking their interest in McEveley any further.

Monday's referee is Colin Webster from Tyne and Wear who has shown 111 yellow and 11 red cards in 35 games this season. His last Town game was the 3-3 draw with Derby at Pride Park in November.

Easter squad: Barron, Bowditch, Casement, Currie, De Vos, Forster, Garvan, Haynes, Juan, Lee, Naylor, Peters, Price, Richards, Sito, Skard, Supple, Wilnis.
