Defender Jason De Vos was named the Town Players' Player of the Year at the club's award dinner at the Elizabeth Hotel, Copdock on Tuesday evening. De Vos fought off Supporters Club Player of the Year Fabian Wilnis and Boxholders' top man Richard Naylor to carry off the award voted on by his team-mates.

Striker Danny Haynes won the John Kerridge Award for the most improved player with Sam Parkin's winning header against Millwall winning the Goal of the Season gong.

There was also a special presentation to departing skipper Jim Magilton.
