Brilliant match last night! Loved all the goals, but so wish hadn't gone and got my drink when I did - but who really expected another 2 goals after Nouble's first? I was the girl in the red coat whose hand he kissed! Didn't expect that to happen!!

Sure I wasn't the only one who was absolutely appalled at the service at the bars in North Stand. There seemed to be 2 totally inexperienced staff members at each bar and it took 20 minutes to get served.
I usually go to the bar in the middle but gave up as the queue was back to where the turnstiles were, so decided to try the bar at the far end. In the end a stewardess ended up helping behind the bar (which was very decent of her I thought), but with one of the biggest crowds of the season, on the hottest day of the year, I (and others I was moaning to) thought this could have been better organised.
I ended up missing 15 minutes of the second half because of this.
Surely a few more bar staff could be employed??
Other than that the match was pretty good, thought we improved greatly when Scotland came on, but he should have been on about 20 minutes earlier.

Sorry to come across as a bit thick, (there are genuine health reasons for finding things a bit difficult to understand at times!) but what happens in this situation?
My fiance bought a ticket for the game at £20. He has kept it (printed off version from ITFC tickets page). How much will he have to pay for the replay? £10, £5?? And does he have to get another ticket online at the discounted price, or turn up to the match with the original ticket and pay the rest in cash?
He couldnt work it out and he is a member of MENSA!!!! |
