Town Make Offer to Loan Note Holders Thursday, 24th Jan 2008 12:19 Town have offered to buy back £2,396,000 in loan notes taken out by well-heeled fans over the last few years. The loan notes were issued in the seasons since the club's administration as the Blues sought to refinance. Loan note holders lent the club £50,000-£100,000 each for a 35-year period in return for an annual dividend of 6-7.5%. The club, whose financial situation is significantly stronger since Marcus Evans's takeover, have now offered holders the return of 75% of their loans to settle the debt early.
