Message Board regular Keno has set-up a TWTD Fantasy Football League ahead of this summer’s World Cup.

The free-to-enter league is on the here on the Metro newspaper’s website. The league name is TWTD and the PIN is 8005291.

Keno, who will be blogging the league’s progress throughout the tournament on TWTD, invites all TWTDers to join but points out that competitors might want to use their TWTD ID or a pseudonym to register as the registered name appears on the mini-league list. Picking Tommy Smith in your side is not obligatory.

The winner of the league will receive a T-shirt from TWTD’s extensive range of merchandise.

abingdon_blue added 13:16 - May 27 The Metro is part of the Daily Mail group which we all know is happy to try and scupper our World Cup bid for 2018 to sell a few extra newspapers. I wont be signing up to this league and urge other Town fans to give it a miss. Thanks.

WeWereZombies added 20:35 - Jun 1 Abingdon Blue... Bit difficult , on one hand blame The Mail for entrapment but then Triesman did voice some foolish opinions so maybe they were right to report them. But I guess we should never forget that The Mail were pro-Hilter before WWII so I agree with you. And throw the Sun and the Mirror into the Hall of Shame too because they slighted Sir Bobby just to start a circulation war (that probably cost us a second World Cup victory at Italia 1990).
