Four more Town players have been called into their national squads for games in early February. Márton Fülop and Tamás Priskin have received Hungary calls, while youngsters Ian McLoughlin and Conor Hourihane are in the Irish U21 squad.

The Hungarian pair will face Azerbaijan in a friendly in Dubai on February 9th, while young keeper McLoughlin and midfielder Conor Hourihane will be with the Irish U21s squad for their game in Cyprus the same night. Town striker Ronan Murray is on standby.

Jaime Peters has already been named in Canada’s squad for a game in the same week, Darren O’Dea in the full Irish squad and Troy Brown in the Welsh U21s.

I read that PJ plans to get greater unity across the squad, by getting all the players hooked up with Skype to encourage international calls for all of them.
