Town's U18s drew 1-1 with West Ham in a pre-season friendly at Playford Road this morning. Striker Jack Marriott (pictured) netted for the Blues in the 58th minute with the Hammers seizing on a defensive lapse to grab an equaliser via Nana Boakye-Yiadom with two minutes remaining.

In Northern Ireland, in the Junior section of the Milk Cup, Town's U15s won their opening game 2-0 against County Tyrone.

The Blues youngsters face Queen of the South on Monday and Watford on Tuesday in their remaining group matches.
