If deciding in a quick moment of spontaneity to attend an away match on the other side of London, it might be best to do so with a little more than just under 2 hrs before kick off so that you don't arrive at half time, join a queue to get something to eat for your daughter who's saying she's hungry, thus also missing seeing your team's only goal being scored as you're not in sight of the pitch when it goes in, due to the slow serving staff on the concourse. Having got there eventually, enjoyed the second half, there was some good football, the atmosphere was a lot better following Friday's win, and on what we saw, deserved something from the game. Didn't agree with the second substitution, but agreed less with the booing of it - there's no place for that when you're supposed to be there supporting your team, and the muppets that did ought to have a think about why they think that might be beneficial in any way to give a lift to the team, as I can't see it myself. | |
