One one level I feel sorry for Mick. I think he's a decent bloke and actually, for all his bluff about being thick-skinned, a sensitive soul. But he had the chance to build on a few decent performances in February and once again he's floundering. In truth we were pretty dull and poor for most of the game against Norwich, and have been the same since. Time for fresh blood and new thinking - there must be a good young (probably foreign) manager out there. But perhaps we need a new owner with real vision first. |  | | |

I don't think he cares any more , probably knows he will be off with a decent pay off soon .
There can be no explanation for his tactics or his substitution bringing on Moore again .
