Trashed the stadium 17:24 - Feb 18 with 15629 viewstractorboyforlife

Are the Ipswich fans who went to the game today proud that they trashed the stadium, ripped TVs off the wall and pulled the concourse down? You do realise Ipswich FC will get the bill for that... even lower transfer budget next year...

It sounds like there was a large CCTC camera on the concourse so hopefully every moron has been picked up on it. Maybe they could pay for the damage rather than the club?

Edit: CCTV, not CCTC

Bloody idiotic. If the CCTV caught them then either club will surely claim civil expenses. They looked proper dicks playing Green Street from the picture.

I'm an Ipswich fan who went to the game - and didn't trash anything.
Just so you know it was probably a very small minority of idiots.

Not condoning this type of behavior but throwing away the first win at carrow road in 12 years with 20 seconds left is bound to allow some frustration to boil over. Can't stand keyboard warriors taking the moral high ground.....

Strange that a tractor boy for life describes our fans as 'ipswich fans' and describes our club as 'Ipswich Fc'

The lighting getting pulled off the ceiling on the concourse was by a load of 16 year old kids, and was completely avoidable.

As soon as the first one got on someone’s shoulders and started pulling it, the police / stewards should have gone in there and made a scene out of kicking them out. The rest of them would have s*** themselves and it would have stopped there and then. It wasn’t hardened hoolies, it was kids. So easily prevented.

I spoke to one of the policemen at half-time and he agreed, but they can’t go in until the club ask them in to the ground. There was CCTV there, the control room would have seen what was going on and it could have been stopped before any damage was done.

I can say that two are in no way connected at all. It was a load of young tw@ts, 6 form age. I don't know what was more depressing, the vandalism or the 30 odd people with their phones up recording it.
