Donacien 13:40 - Nov 3 with 1183 views | JammyDodgerrr | Just seen on facebook it is his birthday and it's reminded me he is on the books - seemed to start the season well but has disappeared. Did he pick up a long term injury?

Really mental how it all happened. It was genuinely like was trying to make the squad worse so he didn't feel insecure about his own football career.
Donacien on 14:07 - Nov 3 with 1056 views | clive_baker | He was on the bench against Rochdale, but certainly doesn't seem to be in Lamberts plans. Rightly so, to be fair, because he's absolutely guff.

Donacien on 14:23 - Nov 3 with 1020 views | El_Fenix | After Lambert arrived, he announced that he had encountered Donacien at a previous club, and did not rate him. It is almost impossible for someone to succeed after their boss announces that they will fail, and has ways of ensuring the outcome. Donacien is very solid defensively at the L1/L2 level, and will have plenty of offers when his contract expires. In the interim, he can collect a nice paycheck - in the same way that his manager is doing ...

Donacien on 14:30 - Nov 3 with 991 views | LankHenners | Lambert never seemed to like him and it seems once he has that view of someone he refuses to give them an opportunity unless it's an absolute necessity. The whole debacle over his transfer then loan back to Accrington exemplifies the stupidity of that transfer window but he's someone who people go really OTT in criticism of for some reason. He's a steady lower league defensive full back and that's it.

Lambert managed him at Villa whin he was a youth, and actually put him on bench for a PL game, then sent him out to Tranmere where Matt Gill was - so at some point he/they rated him But since he's been here, he couldn't get him out fast enough so obviously something has changed! He said he was purely a CB not a FB at one point, but has never played him there

The whole signing of him was peak Banter Era. Couldn't complete a sale in time so we loaned him with a view to buying him. Then H*rst got the sack, Lambert came in and announced he was rubbish(and to be fair, he HAD been rubbish - but he was far from alone there) and loaned him him back to Accrington. And then we paid them a fee for him.

Donacien on 18:57 - Nov 3 with 670 views | Vic | Or is it just that Cambers has played so well and can be covered if necessary by Woolfie or Edwards So we haven’t needed a ‘specialist’ RB on the bench.
