I appreciate you shouldn’t over analyse manager speak and by and large they’ll read off a pre-prepared script but he takes everyone for an idiot repeating this tripe every week. Either he’s just mumbling it out as he doesn’t really care enough to make a proper comment or he genuinely believes it’s good enough.
