I think the strategy of letting Cook to dismantle almost the entire squad, but keeping gems such as Toto, Norwood & Jackson, plus allowing Cook to bring in a huge team of coaches was asking for trouble. While I get why Cook has gone, presumably this is Ashton blaming him (that's why his team have all gone as well) so that he can wash his hands of the now even bigger problem. |  |
