Calm, assured leader, never paniced, moving the balls through the levels, getting stuck into the battle. I would compare him to Travis and place him joint 3rd/4th in our depth chart for CM. Solid and dependable without gamechanger ability of Morsy or Luongo. Better right now than Taylor or Humphreys I'd say. Obvious cavaet here is I know KMC sees the Morsy and Luongo roles as almost separate positions with their own depth charts so comparing say Morsy and Humph is abit apples and oranges.
