Do we want Saints to keep winning? on 14:31 - Apr 15 with 2687 views | ElderGrizzly | I think we want them interested enough to need to win so they give those around us a good game, rather than thinking about resting players for the playoffs.
Do we want Saints to keep winning? on 14:31 - Apr 15 with 2679 views | _clive_baker_ | Is it too obvious to say I want them to beat Leicester and Leeds, ideally not all the others though.
Do we want Saints to keep winning? on 14:32 - Apr 15 with 2669 views | SomethingBlue | Yep, let's keep them keen – if they have as much as a sniff on the final day I'd back them to get a result at Leeds.

Do we want Saints to keep winning? on 14:41 - Apr 15 with 2581 views | portmanking | 4 pts from their next two IMO. Enough of a sniff to face Leicester, but not enough to get too close to us!
Do we want Saints to keep winning? on 15:23 - Apr 15 with 2401 views | Vegtablue | Southampton winning their next three would be horrible. They'd be a point in front of us, having played one more game, and our GD could be inseparable. Five consecutive victories in their sails and they'd play again before we face Hull. I'll be rooting for Preston tomorrow.
Do we want Saints to keep winning? on 16:32 - Apr 15 with 2227 views | textbackup | Next question… You’re offer the chance to time travel and be in PR for the final whistle vs Hudds… do you take that right now, just to see?

Can I take the final whistle at Coventry instead, when we secure promotion?

Do we want Saints to keep winning? on 16:53 - Apr 15 with 2078 views | baxterbasics | Obviously what we want is for them to wallop Leeds and Leicester but bottle the other games. That would be perfect. Happy for them to nick 2nd spot just behind us.

Clearly the correct answer!
Do we want Saints to keep winning? on 18:30 - Apr 15 with 1847 views | MK1 | Against Leeds and Leicester yes. They can do what they like in the others.
Do we want Saints to keep winning? on 19:28 - Apr 15 with 1720 views | gainsboroughblue | It would take an extraordinary set of results for them to go up and although they are said to be in form, they've only matched us for points in the last five and not exactly blowing teams away. They are making things interesting more than galloping to promotion but pressure does funny things. We have the advantage of not 'directly' having to worry about them. If Saints get top 2, I'd say it would be unlikely we are not the other team in there. [Post edited 15 Apr 19:29]

Is that possible?! I thought that had gone once we drew Saturday.

What I want, as long as they don't win both they then really have to beat Leicester to keep their season alive,

If Leeds and Southampton both drop any points before we play Hull, then 2 wins is enough for us.

I’m looking at this with tired eyes, but if Leeds lose prior to us playing Hull, and we win, that’s a 5 point gap with 2 games to go? So almost there, but not quite… (I might be wrong)

Leeds play their penultimate game on the Friday night and Southampton Sat 3pm, so if they each lose twice before we kick off against Hull, a win there would do it. Leicester play theirs on the Monday so it only works if the other two have howlers. Another reason to want Saints to lose tonight gang. [Post edited 16 Apr 6:45]

Leeds can draw one and lose one before we play Hull and we’d only need a win against Hull to see Leeds off. Southampton are obviously a factor though.
