Southgate does like Maddison but if he’s talking about form as a reason for axing Rashford then Maddison should make way too. Too many have had better seasons ahead of Grealish given his injury but suspect it’ll be a toss up between him and Gordon.

Look short in defence but Konsa, TAA, Gomez and KT can cover wide. Shaw won't make it. If only there was a decent English left back not called up...
I thought the midfield looks strong in the centre but I don't want us to be light there so kept them all in.
I love Bowen and Maddison but Eze, Gordon and Palmer have all been better this year.
