You can ask anybody here in Notts and they'll tell you it's the number one issue.
Not enough flags has been a problem for years. I was only saying to Mrs Plums the other day "if we don't get more flags here, we should consider emigrating"

Just like this guy:

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

Seems like a pretty cheap way to bring about unity and cohesion. I'm sure they've done a robust cost/benefit analysis on this.

When they say that they’ll leave - I hope that if the time comes for them to honour their statement that they’ll go to a country where they’ll learn the language and fully integrate. And bring vigils skills to that particular country.

Whereas Birmingham City Council is spending probably a lot more hiring a team of people to remove them.

No need to worry about public services or potholes, get those flags down.

I was under the impression that the portal didn’t cost Ipswich borough council one penny as it was 100% funded by the UK Government's Towns Fund.

Happy to be corrected on this.

But who is going to maintain those flags? They’ll get withered very quickly and will look awful - they’ll need replacing or they’ll just look a proper eyesore.

Nice bit of whatabouty though.

Hang on, is that X post not satire/a p1ss-take? If it's serious then it's the most hilariously ironic thing I think I've ever seen.
