They've moved the goalposts basically, it gives you a three year window to throw cash at it basically?
The few clubs who have complied with the old rules and I'd reckon that may only be about 5 or 6 have been stitched up imho |  |

I think a lot hinges on a court case with QPR?
If FFP is rendered unenforceable, the football league have opened themselves up for counter claims I imagine?
Given the path Evans has gone down, I can't see him being all that impressed with this | |

Don't really understand the distinction drawn at the end of this paragraph. What is the difference between a loss (which is inevitably covered off by the shareholders) and a shareholder investment?
"It would mean for the first time since the FFP regulations were agreed by all league clubs, that no team from the Championship (who provided a submission) will exceed the maximum permitted deviation, which was set last season at £13m (£5m loss plus £8m shareholder investment)." |  |

Evans has used FFP to his advantage - hiding the fact he has lost interest. If we were a more attractive proposition to purchase he would have happily sold the club by now. Instead he is spending the bare minimum that he knows Mick will at least keep us up with. But likely only do that and nothing better. |  | | |
