That certainly went on, although my conscience wouldn't let me take the pee. The problem was our boss also had a penchant for fixed price bids, which inevitably ran over so you'd work 150% for 100% fee rate. Never a good idea and probably explains why he couldn't retain staff and went bust. | |

It would be greatly helped if someone else with leadership skills is able to step into the breach and rally the troops. Don't know who in the team might rise to that, tho. Bialkowski, Taylor (may not be playing), Skuse, Diagouraga? Not sure about any of the others. | |
