Poor old Arsenal. When we beat them in the next game, they'll either turn to Wenger or Allardyce and maybe start winning again.

Has anyone ever looked at their own postings for last day or so? Oh my... so sorry. Was Ullaa

Xhaka is one of the most hilarious stories and sums them up.

Captain.
Fans hate him.
He yells at fans.
No longer captain.
Try to sell him.
No one wants him.
New contract.
Made captain again.

Legend.

Dare I say it?

Record defeat to be beaten outright? It would be hilarious.

They haven't even got Improved Football or a Better Match Day Experience to enjoy either.

Not so sure about that - they haven't sunk to League One, lingered there for over two seasons and picked up one point out of six from newly promoted teams... yet.

Of course the latter record will be matched if Norwich draw against them next week.

My mate who comes to some of our games who’s an arsenal fan is in the away end.

Just spoke to him.. he’s not impressed.

To me it's the opposite, they should have sacked him a good 5 years earlier, when they were on that 10 year trophyless run. Back then they were still a team with quality and would have been able to attract some better managers.

It's going to take some effort to get them back there now, Arteta is horrendous, they will lose players like Saka and Pepe when they don't qualify for Europe again and won't be able to attract good players.

Poll: An interesting day for our politicians, but which one is worse?

Many of my mates are Arsenal fans. On one particular whatsapp group, even the resident Spurs fan is keeping his head down out of embarrassed pity for them.

Wenger's buys were slowly getting diluted in quality due to the rise in transfer fees and the team was slowly suffering. I look at what Arsenal have spent this summer and question on who exactly? Is there any of their new signings that could make a huge difference? Once one of the big sides of the EPL, Arsenal are rapidly becoming mediocre.

The truth is City are just toying with them, they're all so good on the ball they can't get near them....the top Clubs have left them behind, they're deluded if they think they can compete against this...man for man they're way behind..

Right now, that looks like a optimistic (edit) outcome. They seem in real trouble already.

Neighbour is an Arsenal and Norwich fan. Can never quite keep up with whether his son is Man City, Liverpool or who. Today he was wearing an Arsenal shirt for the first time that I have seen. I suspect he won't be wearing that one again. Wouldn't be too surprised to see him in a Man Utd one next.
