From what I've seen about on socials etc... there seems to be quite a bit of Coventry bitterness about us potentially celebrating in their stadium. Which I find pretty odd really, is there a reason for them to dislike us? Other than jealousy? I wouldn't be fussed at all if the roles were reversed.

Wouldn't take it personally, all football fans find something all other football fans to get narked about.
Last season it was Plymouth, getting all pissy because they weren't get as much love from the mdeia as us. This season it has been Leicester who have been narked that we havent faded away and left themto run aaway with the league.
I don't think it's bitterness, but no fan of a team who were a penalty kick away from promotion last season wants to roll over and let a club who were the division below last year to take a massive step towards promotion in their own home ground

I've not spotted any bitterness having had a look at the Sky Blues Talk forum, but I did spot that one poster there has the fantastic username 'Bernie Rhodes Nose' which if you like UK ska you'll get! I'm still gigglin.

This season it has been Ipswich fans for the same reason as Plymouth last year.

As I said, I'd like to think it wouldnt bother me and I might even be pleased for them, not resent them trying to get tickets or celebrating, especially as the alternative is Leeds and more parachute money.
