Oh sorry luv I missed this.
I just dont believe we will leave the EU. We have a government in both houses, corporations, institutions like the Civil Service NHS and BBC and a significant amount of the media who all want us to stay in. I am prepared to modify this opinion that we may 'leave' in sofar as we wont be a full member but a de facto one and will still pay some form of membership for single market access which will be in return for some form of border control. At our borders though, not theirs.
My point about debt is a facile one. How can it be debt if everyone owes money to everyone else?

One of the more interesting points was made by a Law Prof from one of the Uni's who specialises in UK /EU law. His stated view was that it will take many years to unravel the laws that have been put on statute since we've been in the EU. As the EU laws are in civil law and UK laws are common law he does not believe it will be an easy & far from a quick job. - quoting 15 years minimum??
So in some ways you have a point on whethe we will leave or not. Maybe when some review the potential CS cost they will shedder | | | |

That can't be true, Darth said their were no reasons or obstructions to Scotland joining the EU. They wouldn't need to take the EUR and they would easily qualify for immediate admission.
They would be lucky to have Scotland was the most voiced opinion.
