As some of you know, I just bought lots of meat from an online hamper place, so to go along with this I bough a George Foreman grill - You know, the ones which help make health meals, but we ultimately use to make ham and cheese toasties occasionally once the novelty goes away. Well part of my Vegetarian nightmare kit had these "Melt in the middle" burgers, a cheese and jalapeno mix, but come the end of the cooking it was more like, melt in the middle- buttttt- escaped all over the pan/grill plate. Now, I know TWTD is the place to go should a burger related quandary arise, and as a result I thought it relevant to ask the fellow posters if there are any secrets to making melt in the middle burger work, or is this just another case of Chicken Kiev style utter disappointment which is aimed to titivate but not grace-my-plate (in one piece) [Post edited 27 Apr 2017 7:18]
