It’s about time we acknowledged that winners and champions are that because they are resilient. For the ninth time this season we have dropped points because we have surrendered leads and for the fourth time we have surrendered a two goal lead, which is more than I can remember any Town side doing since I began supporting.

If we don’t resolve this heading into the Christmas and before the second half of the season, we’ll be on the lottery of the play-offs. It’s all very well pointing at KM’s excellent record but there are clearly consistent weaknesses within that side; weaknesses that other manager’s have been criticised heavily for.

The immediate reaction is to change personnel where in other season the likes of Butcher or McGreal have come in when talk of defensive coaches being needed. Are we at the stage where this should be considered?
