Don't forget the ability to persuade a player that, although they're happy with their terms, they don't want to sign the contract until you get a bigger fee for your 'services'.

ITFC paid 1.2miilion paid to agents on 17:20 - Apr 12 with 884 views | FrankfurtBlue | Spot the parachute payment clubs.....not surprisingly the top 5 in that list. Makes you realise the miracles being worked at our club, when you see the spending power of the ex-EPL clubs.
ITFC paid 1.2miilion paid to agents on 17:30 - Apr 12 with 861 views | dirtyboy | Not sure how I feel about agents, but then I don't know any that well or the specifics surrounding their job. I'm not saying it's true of football agents, but it does feel like players get milked...it's not like the agents have a short career like footballers. Honest days pay for an honest days work imo, none of this % rubbish, although no doubt the players then see the motivation of the agent to get them as much as possible as it helps them too. Ultimately, a club will only pay what they feel someone is worth though surely? Excluding Chelsea of course. Happy to be educated.

ITFC paid 1.2miilion paid to agents on 18:34 - Apr 12 with 755 views | SE1blue | I’m surprised more footballers don’t follow this path when their playing careers are done. I’d sooner trust an ex player who has been there and done that, to have my best interests at heart, than a dodgy bloke in a suit.
