Keane Set for Move
Keane Set for Move
Friday, 5th Feb 2010 15:56

Town boss Roy Keane is reported to be leaving his current rented Aldeburgh house for a new home in Woodbridge.

The Blues manager has been living in the coastal town for much of his 10 months as Town boss, having initially been linked with houses in the Rushmere area close to the training ground.

Keane may have decided that the 45-minute trek in from Aldeburgh was a strain, while the recent freezing conditions saw him snowed in on a couple of occasions. A switch to Woodbridge would reduce his travel time by around two-thirds.

The Evening Star rolled with "Blues boss set for move" outside my local papershop.

Had me buying a copy... Then I realised I had been done.

45 mins from Aldeburgh, what can't he afford a car?

Woodbridge is nice, but doesn't have the cache of the coast.

Is he buying or renting? The public demands to know.

Yeah I saw the headline outside my papershop too. Could the Star stoop any lower to rack up a few sales? I might report them to the advertising standards agency.

I couldn't give a shiney Shyte where he lives as long as his back garden is big enough for all of us to pile round for a BBQ in May after the playoff victory!!!!

Why Woodbridge? He's not a pensioner yet ..

And only reducing travel time by a third/ Is he going to walk now? I say it'll reduce his travel time by 75%

Yeah, meant to say cut by two-thirds or to a third. Have amended.

And not all Woodbridge people are pensioners!
