3 Danny Drinkwater (Leicester City)

4 Andy Reid (Nottingham Forest)

5 David Nugent (Leicester City)

6 Sam Vokes (Burnley)

7 Jamie Vardy (Leicester City)

8 Kieran Trippier (Burnley)

9 Aaron Cresswell (Ipswich Town)

Congratulations Cressy, thats an excellent achievement.

It is obvious that he is very highly rated by other clubs and managers in the football league. Again its mostly attacking players that make these lists so for a LB to make it is awesome.

More $$ to his value! lol
Well done again

Congratulations Cressy, excellent achievement.

In my opinion his form has dipped a bit recently, so hopefully this will boost him

How on earth did Nugent take 5th?

TractorCam: At a guess It'd probably be his 17 league goals and Leicester being top of the league all season.

Because they vote so early in the New Year, I suspect this was done before he went off the boil. Well done anyway but if it was done now I think Berra might be in with a shout

How do Nugent take 5th, Tractor Cam? Because he's very good. Seen him two years running v Town at the King Power - ran at us at will, disposed of the ball at leisure.

Congratulations Cressy, very good for a guy who doesn't play up front and score lots of goals. Well done, proud of you.

One of only 2 defenders on the list so fair play Cressie. Good achievement to have one of our players on the list ahead of any player from the teams who came down this season!

Well done cressy fully deserved without a doubt the championships best LB. And to people who think he has gone off the boil... Well he hasn't. Early on in the season he was given far to much time to produce the quality that he can down that left flank, as soon as he was seen as a threat he rarely has much time on the ball out on the left. And even when he hasn't been assisting hes been brilliant defending. For me the most reliable player at ITFC where if he isn't creating/assisting he's very solid at the back.

Cresswel is a competant player - but has his shortfalls, and is anything but the finished article.
Not surprised he didn't finish higher because he would not be every Managers immediate choice - all this talk of every Club in the Country wanting him didn't / hasn't materialised yet, and all that 'hype' didn't help him one bit in my opinion.

A promising player - very much a 'work in progress' - who can, and will, get better. No more - no less.

Cressy is a fine player & will probably be playing Premiership football next season, but I would have him behind Berra, McGoldrick, Smith & Skuse for us this season, no mind being top 9 in the whole of the Championship. Berra has been immense all season & gotten even better over the last couple of months.

Congrats Cressy. As someone mentioned, if he feels it's time to move on then hopefully that will add some pennies to his value. He would be very hard to replace though as he's so important in attack as well as defence.

99th please. Don't want to alert those Premiership clubs of his ability. Although I suspect we'll find it hard to hold on to him beyond this season unless we go up.

Really surprised either Berra or McGoldrick isn't ahead of him and maybe even Smith, agree with Ings as the Number 1. anybody who saw the game against Blackburn just showed what he's all about - work rate and goals!

Nugent deserves his place. McGoldrick may have nicked the number 10 slot if he'd not been injured..
