Yorwerth's Crawley Win
Sunday, 18th Oct 2015 16:50

Centre-half Josh Yorwerth made his third appearance for loan club Crawley Town as they defeated Luton 2-1 at the Broadfield Stadium on Saturday.

The Wales U21 international has two games left of his 28-day spell with the 18th-placed League Two side, Tuesday’s away match at Morecambe and then a trip to Hartlepool next Saturday.

Elsewhere, Matt Clarke was an unused sub as his loan club Portsmouth won 1-0 away at Newport County. Pompey, with whom Clarke is due to stay until January, are currently second in League Two.

Winger Cameron Stewart was an unused sub as Doncaster lost 1-0 at home to Bradford in League One. The 25-year-old is also out on loan until January.

I thought Matt Clarke and Cameron Stewart were out on loan to get more "game time" not to be unused subs.

I work with a Pompey fan who mentioned that whilst Clarke is good in the air he is poor on the ball and who is slow as well.
