Bit of a struggle against a very poor MK Dons team. I think this game emphasised the inconsistency of our season poor in the first half but much better in the second . One thing that's not inconsistent are the performances of Sam Morsy can't remember a really poor game from him. Although today I'd give the man of the match to Leif Davis. Much improved display from Hirst but possibly Broadheads least effective. Luongo came on and tightened things up in midfield.

First time female referee but she was very good at her game. Sam Morsy was outstanding and best player on the pitch with his enterprise and guile. MK were out for a tussle toe to toe and this time we came off better. It was a grueling three points chipped out of a bustling challenge. The quality matched the muscle thump for thump so a very< good three points. COYB
