| News Comment | Broadhead Could Make Trip to Cardiff at 11:46:58
The talk of Williams at the press conferences is naughty clickbait as it is believed/alleged that he has a problem with unprescribed 'medication'. If so, he needs help, but he won't be coming back to us anytime soon if ever, so let's leave that subject and focus on the great players we do have. |
| News Comment | Plymouth Argyle 0-2 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 07:05:46
I've no dog in the fight, but having looked at the replay it would be more collegiate for us fans to agree: 1. The shot was going wide, not massively wide, but not on target. 2. Wolfie wasn't to know that and he was trying to get into a protective area to assist the team. 3. We got lucky with the rebound, so surely it's possibly to praise the player for trying to get into the right position, whilst also saying he got lucky with the fact that the shot was off-target and hence his body wasn't in the right position to deal with. (I'm suggesting he would have made an easier block with an on-target shot) |
| News Comment | McKenna: No New Injuries From Sunderland at 22:45:20
I didn't think that TTWD engaged in 'click bait', but continued references to Brandon Williams are surely attempts at this as I think they know the truth and likelihood of him coming back. I'm happy to be proved wrong, but I think this is a case of 'You can the boy out of the Manchester scene, but you can't take the Manchester scene out of the boy'. |
| News Comment | McKenna: A Great Period to Look Forward To at 14:49:19
I've been thinking about this block of games and mentally preparing myself for some disappointments. Am I being too pessimistic here with my points tally? Away West Bromwich Albion - hope for (hf) 1, preparing for (pf) 0 Home Millwall (hf 3, pf 3) Home Coventry City (hf 3, pf 3) Away Middlesbrough (hf 1, pf 0) Away Watford (hf 3, pf 1) Home Scum (hf 3, pf 3) Away Leeds (hf 1, pf 0) Home Leicester (hf 1, pf 0) Home QPR (hp 3, pf 3) Away Stoke (hf 3, pf 1) |
| News Comment | McKenna: A Couple of Players Here Today at 22:00:19
Mcguiness has been brought back to Cardiff as they need help and can't buy anyone due to the transfer embargo. He's surely unlikely to be sold? |
| News Comment | Woolfenden: Kyle Had to Leave His Car and Run to the Ground! at 14:39:17
I might have missed something, but I thought that at the start of the McKenna era all of the players came to the ground together (even for a home match). Has this seemingly sensible and team building measure stopped for some reason |
