Don't know about this to be concerned or pleased.
After a few years of not really trusting and decision makers at the club, tables have turned and I now have faith with ITFC both on and off the pitch.
It's a very fine balance for an ambitious club with relatively modest resources to progress short and long term without taking big risks. Without knowing many details, I am comfortable that the right people are getting most of the big decisions right and trust they are doing this the right way.
Getting the Academy right is obviously not only a big thing for the future but a statement of intent.

He is only in for cover.
This is an important season for us. Lack of experience at the at key moments could cost us massively. I would want someone who would come in and command his area if required.
This guy seems a realistic and cost effective short term solution. |
