Good Blog, a couple of interesting points, one being about team spirit - take our friends up the road, very few of their players would we want in our team, but whenever you see them play they all play for each other with spirit, which gains them a greater sum than the consistant parts. Secondly the issue of confidence, it is a good point that RK could of blamed the ref rather than the players after Swansea, give the players belief that they were hard done by, get them out and fighting next game and show you believe in them, i remember the Sheff U game where pablo got sent off, we won that game against all odds because the team got fired up at the injustice. Winners never accept any disbelief, Michael Schumacher in his prime was a fine example |

I would go for Brown and Delaney at the back, smith and delaney both want to play on the left, and at least the above is balanced and in the right position, it has also been said that Smith needs a rest after world cup etc. I would stick with murphy, yes he was at fault for first goal, but hopefully he will have learnt from it. O conner at left back for me, i would either go 442 with priskin scotland or 451 with colback instead of scotland Murphy Zoov/peters Brown Delaney O Conner Edwards Norris Leadbitter Townsend Scotland/colback Priskin |

Personally i wouldn't be fussed if none of them stayed, Right back - give peters a run there with tom eastman as back up or a ore defensive option Left back O'conner should be given a run Livermore is no better than what we have, and Colback, although a good player seems to be fitted into the team at the expensve of other players and reduces the dynamic of the team. Haven;t seen enough of fallon to really comment but he doesn't excite me. I know a lot has been said about pressure on young players, but i think we would all be far happier if we were where we were in the league, but had been developing and giving experience to our own young players (lamb, murray etc) |

| News Comment | Keane: We\'re Not Ready to Cement Top Six Place at 09:42:40
Very disappointed last night, 4 centre backs is not a good basis for building a side, yes we have had a couple of good results with them, but to be honest if sheff u had that thug Morgan playing he would of stopped both our goals against them. If you do have 4 centre backs then at the very least you need 2 wide midfielders to cretae something, i like Colback, a very talented player but he isn't a wide man, should of been townsend and edwards wide with colback and leadbitter in the middle. Very disappointed with wickham, he looked lethargic and disinterested last night, either he isn't fit or is paying too much attention to the newspapers. I think although we are doing better this season we are far from fixed, a lot of our wins have come against teams 'at the right time' i.e. Cardiff had no Bellamy when we played them, Bristol City gave us 2 goals courtesey of Calamity James, Middlesboro were in a 'strachen created' disarray. I am seriously concerned with the game against Norwich, although i don't think they have any real star players from what i have seen, they do try and pass it, play up tempo with lots of energy and have a good spirit. |
| News Comment | Colback Linked Again at 14:33:57
My only concern would be, although he was inevitably a strong performer whenever and wherever he played, he was part of a less than dynamic looking midfield. This season has started with a very good and fluid midfield, so hopefully he wouldn't be slotted in the middle, causing norris to be moved out to the right etc because as a package that didn't work at all last season. I can see him as being good enough to fill any of the 3 current midfield spaces though, so as long as the dynamics stay the same i would say get him! |

I too am very pleased with 4 points from those 2 games, ideally another 4 from the next 2 would be excellent progress. We have to win one of the next two to get some momentum going. |
