It was the Daily Mail that said McAuley would join Middlesbrough!!!! Where's the shame in admitting it???

Civelli Eyeing Return
at 16:31:45

That's good news. With the squad as it is now, he is definately our solution at left-back. He started his career in that position, and was only converted to left mid shortly before his move to Ipswich. His defensive qualities are there for all to see, and with the likes of Walters, Martin, Edwards and even Quinn and Norris competing for the wide roles, Civelli offers up a much better left-back option than Delaney, Thatcher, Smith and Balkestein - no disrespect to the latter two, who are, and will be, superb centre-backs.

Civelli Eyeing Return
at 10:04:57

WRONG!!!!!!!!

It was 4-1, actually.

Carlos Pavon gave Honduras a 2-0 lead in the first half, before goals from Amado Guevara and David Suazo made it 4-0 in the second. Kerry Baptiste scored a mere consolation goal in the 85th minute.

I watched the game. I wrote a report. I should know.

Wood be quality (excuse the awful pun). Haven't seen him much, but on FIFA he is fooking awesome. He also develops into a top, top, top player. Very exciting.

Burnley Linked With Garvan Move
at 08:16:41

Would be a shame to see him leave. HOWEVER, if he were to leave, I'd prefer to see him make a move UP - because he is a talented boy, and it really would be a shame to see his career ruined by Roy Keane.

Perhaps I'd hold out for £1.5m though.

If he's going to move, please can it be on loan. Hopefully, then, if he re-finds his form he can still come back and do a job for Ipswich.

Saw him in action against Norwich City the other night. I thought he looked quality. Sky Sports also reckons we're after Carlos Edwards.

Town Confirm North Stand to be Renamed in Honour of Robson

Let's just hold fire until that planning application has been passed. The people that work at the Council are a right bunch of overpaid t*ssers, and I would not put it past their sad existences to reject this application.

I'm sure Phil will upload this bit of news soon - but as its not on TWTD yet, I just thought I'd mention, Barry Fry has branded the Ipswich tie... as rubbish!!

Managers Praise Wickham
at 11:22:22

I went to school with Connor Wickham - he was a couple of years below me, but as big as anyone in my year!! I remember when I was a prefect, I had to tell the lad to do up his top button once - he did, but had he said no, I don't think I'd have argued with him!!!!! He's gonna be a top player though. I'd be confident we can hold onto him, because his dad is an army major, who also is a big time Ipswich Town fan. In fact it was his dad who told him to concentrate on Ipswich a few years back, when Manchester United were sniffing around.

Priskin Out to Fire Town into the Premier League

He does look quite a class act, I must admit. He looks a far more inspiring signing than the likes of Healy, Delaney, and Brown - so onwards and upwards, I suppose!!!
