Where are these mystical billionaires that are queuing up to sink millions into failing clubs? There's no value, just debt. ME like or loathe has put 100 mil into the club, chucks 6 mil a year in and some want him to walk away! He hasn't and won't see any of his money back. Benevolent I'd say. Bet he wishes he had never invested. He owns the club. He bought it and pays for it. Be thankful he doesn't wind us up, then walk away! The problem is with the staff, obviously. That fugly cook up the road has put just 7 mil in and had it all back years ago. STAFF! We needed, need a better structure, plan and personnel. Some savvy footballing brain to oversee the business yes, ME should have tried to recruit a DOF long ago but a different owner ffs. Ain't happening. Looking to blame... Its elsewhere. |

This, exactly. We need a different structure. We could do alot worse than copy their model. Lambert is a donosaur and needs to go asap but we need a serious plan and quickly. Going to be a long road back but it can be done. ME needs help. A proper football brain. |

Agree the academy is the lifeblood of the future and big efforts and a decent budget should be spent here. If the above facts are true, not doubting btw then this is very sad and disturbing news. As for Evans out who in the world will want to take on the debt, and lack of assets. ME is the owner and funder like it or not. |

There isn't one, hasn't been one and as far as I can see we are sadly sliding slowly towards extinction. Harsh, yes but there ain't any new investment coming our way anytime soon, who would..
Is ME really the problem though , he's chucked 100+mil at the club with zero chance of seeing that again. Has he lost interest, I should say so. It can only get worse. Our club is in real trouble.
Not embarrassed at all, it's football more genuinely fearful for our future. We REALLY needed promo this season. That's gone.
For context that ugly socialist cook up the road only put about 8 mil in and had it back. |

Sick of hearing about it now and being the only good thing to cling onto tbh, I remember it. Too far in the past now. Sadly this festering pile of shi** club has been in decline for far too long and has given decent loyal younger fans sweet fa. PR Shambert ain't getting us promoted. We need youth, hungry for it and a long term plan with a manager who can get the best outa them. We're miles off any sort of rebuild that will deliver and Shambert is clueless. Needs to rotate himself back to Jockland where they may be able to understand his bullsh**.

Bizzare, he really needs to sort A SYSTEM first that all players can get to grips with, drill it till they see it in their sleep and then maybe just maybe we can get some results. We look clueless at times. Every team has a coach that inparts his ideas, system and is able to adapt it to suit the ebb and flow. I do worry about PL and have the feeling he just isn't capable. |
