I don't think he'll play every week next season, I think he'll become more of a squad player, Woolfenden will hopefully become a regular and maybe Nsiala or Ndaba will become more involved too. I think we should all go into next season with a clear mind, enjoy it and if we're challenging for promotion we won't mind who's playing |

Dissboy, yes Chambers is part of the reason we are where we are this season, but so is Bart, Knudsen, and everyone else who has pulled on a shirt this season. No one has covered themselves in glory. I don't include the youngsters in this, all senior players have made mistakes, but with all the players that wanted out last summer it was always going to be a difficult season |

Robson's Wark. I get what you're saying, but the point I am trying to make is he's been a good servant to the club and the way he puts his body on the line, unlike the sick notes we have means something. Sure he's had an indifferent season for us, but other than Pennington show me someone who hasn't. The club means something to him and I will always support any player who cares about ITFC over someone who comes in, takes their money but doesn't care. |

I don't get the negativity about this. Yes he's made mistakes this season but name me someone who hasn't.
Also he's been playing with a broken wrist and foot injuries. Most of our so called better players would rather spend time on the treatment table than putting their bodies on the line for the club. He's not the greatest player, he acknowledges this, but he never gives less than 100%. He's going to be important next season along with Skuse, as we're going to have a lot of youngsters in the team so their experience will be vital.
Also if you're not going to buy a season ticket because of Chambers signing a new contract then I don't think you can call yourselves ITFC supporters and it would be better if you stayed away and let the true fans support the team. |

Like everyone else, I was really pleased when we got Hurst in the summer, but he changed too much and wasn't helped by senior players wanting to leave.
If it is Paul Lambert taking over, I'll get behind him just like I got behind Hurst, the Norwich connection is irrelevant and will all be forgotten if he keeps us up. Whoever it is we need to get behind the team as the bad atmosphere makes it harder for the players too. As supporters we need to support the team whoever is in charge |

Since when does 2 goals in 200 games make him useless. He is a valuable member of the team, he keeps us ticking over and he tracks back and does the unglamorous jobs. We're definitely a better team with him than without him |

Am I alone in not being too bothered by McGoldrick being injured again. Over the last 2 years or so what has he really contributed to the team. Yes he can be very good but I think he is becoming a bit too selfish at times. I would rather see Sears up front where he should be as he is probably more of a threat with his pace.
Also I think we need Skuse back in the team. We miss him when he is not playing. He may not be the most creative but I would bring him back alongside Bru/Bishop when fit and use Dozzell as an impact player. |

I agree with many of the posts on here regarding Berra going downhill since the playoff sending off. We need Smith back and fully fit alongside Webster, especially with Berra seemingly off in the summer. In the meantime I would be tempted to put Chambers back in his best position alongside Webster and keep Emanuel at right back. I think we need Chambers back in as he is the best captain we have had since Matty Holland, and we missed his leadership saturday. Chambers knows he is not a right back and he gives his all every game and I think we are now seeing the effects of this in his body language, I don't blame him for this its all down to MM as he has ruined him like others as has been stated many times. |
