I suppose all you overjoyed delusional smart *rses will be at PR today with your CV's in hand now, as it seems you know more than anyone else about how to get ITFC into the premiership. About time you showed it, so better get your coats on. Chop chop, now's your chance.

Children’s Parties Prices Frozen
at 13:56:27

I do wonder if some of you can read, or if you're just miserable for your own pleasure. The title of the article says it all, i.e. the increase in vat wont be passed on as an increase in kids parties at ITFC. The charity will absorb the extra cost. Surely, even the most miserable will appreciate thats good news for parents who have kids that want a party at Portman Road. Whatever happens re: the football side, give the charity/ club some credit for once and dont twist a positive into a negative!

Keane: We Adapted Better to the Conditions
at 00:19:17

Great game today, enjoyed it, the team really got stuck in. I remember as a teenager at school playing in games like that. We need to see more of those type of games (especially if we play like that and win!). Good to hear positives on the forum today. I could see the game being called off and the anti-keane brigade blaming Keane for the weather, but glad the ref saw sense. Good to see Wickham come on, gave a solid performance, as did all the team really. Well done lads (not that they'll read the forum messages but you never know)

Delaney and Townsend Doubts With Virus
at 13:49:54

Predictable half empty glass negativity from some as usual. Cheer up you bunch of miserable s*ds. Its nearly Christmas. Some of you ironically only seem happy when things arent going well. If we won each game you'd be miserable because you'd have nowt to moan about. Believe it or not, life could be worse.

These poor s*ds would mind swapping with you, I'm sure. Merry Christmas to you all.

Clegg Backs Keane at AGM
at 09:23:15

Ok, I think these guys have laid it on the line, told it as it is, answered questions honestly and brought us into REALITY here. REALITY being we're running at a loss as are all clubs, doing our best with what we have. Some fans are in a fantasy world if they think we have unlimited money to splash about. Fair play to Clegg/ Evans/ Keane and I for one support that and respect that. Ofcourse I'd like us to spend spend spend, ofcourse I'd like us to buy the best players and play the best football - what fan wouldnt, but just like our own lives, we have to run on a budget otherwise we get into financial trouble as we all know about, plus just because you want someone doesnt mean they'll play/ work for you. If you want them to spend more, then either give them more money via the shop/ ticket sales etc, or sell your house and give them the money! Not quite as excited about that are you?

Keane Still Hoping to See Out Town Contract
at 13:35:27

Players fault. You get paid a big big wage to do your job. If I didnt do my job properly I'd get sacked, not my manager. If the manager employed me to dig a ditch and then told me to fly a plane, I'd expect some sympathy, but if I'm employed to dig ditches in a JCB, and I have to pick up a shovel every so often, I'd expect to be able to adjust a bit. Any player should be expected to slot into any position and do the job, especially for the wage they get. Not good enough from the players at times. Unfortunatley part of the modern game. Oh how different things were when players were plumbers or brick layers for a job during the week and at the weekend kicked a ball around for a bob or two & love of the game, and playing for your team & country made you proud, not rich.

Barcelona Performance the Best Ever
at 12:37:00

Wow, there are some really bitter 'chip on the shoulder' people on this forum, arent there. Negative all the time! Could we have some decent discussions instead of all the worlds problems are Keanos fault? I can appreciate we're not top of the league on a shoestring budget and understand we're all disappointed at the moment but get a grip and stop moaning about it will you. COYB.

Keane Not Looking for Right-Back
at 13:43:04

Well said JBB. Some people on here love to have a rant, quite understandably to blow off steam, but often blinkeredly pick and chose what details they want to illustrate their points rather than in honest context. Useful balanced comments are always welcome rather than some of the juvenile comments that keep being posted. Sometimes seems more like a school playground than a supporters forum on here.

Smith Fully Prepared Despite Late Inclusion
at 13:41:05

We need to get some of Tommys pasta to our forwards - maybe its the new spinach. I can see it now, 10 mins to go and Wickham warms up from the bench, sat with his big bowl of Tommys pasta - does a popeye style arms and legs bulge - comes on and scores a hatrick. Maybe Tommy should sell his own brand of pasta. Would be good marketing.
