I agree with Norris/Waters comments. But to compare Brian Murphy to the likes of Shay Given and Robbie Keane is laughable. Of course he's not in the Irish squad, he can't even get into the team at a second rate championship club.

Luke8644, you're talking crap. Rhodes unproven at first team level? he only played 10 games. Look at the stats:
Rhodes - 10 apps 1 goal
Wickham - 24 apps 2 goals
So Rhodes actually has a better ITFC 1st team record than Wickham doesn't he? and as for him struggling for Huddersfield? 17 goals in his first full pro season is incredible. Yes Wickam is probably the better all round footballer, but Rhodes knows where the net is, which is something that no one else does at our club currently. |

This is great news. I would prefer for him to not be replaced by Curbishley though. Mowbray, Coppel or even Burley would all be better appointments, but the main thing is that Keane is out of this club. My work collegue is good friends with the club physio, and he reports that since Tuesdays verbal tirade after the match, he hated by not just the playing squad, but by most of the non playing staff as well. I don't know what was said, but the physio couldn't believe that Keane could speak to fellow profesionals like that. I'm not surprised Marriner didn't want to join him for a drink after the game. He loves town, still has plenty of good friends here, and is hardly going to be leaving catching up with them to speak to somebody they all hate. |

Very strange inclusion. There were some very good, stand out second half performances for Ipswich on saturday. Roseniors in my opinion wasn't one of them. McAuly, Delaney, Leadbitter and Colback all had far better games. |
