2) Your robbing fans and locals of there hard earned cash from the price of match tickets to the community trust and development centres and getting were getting very little in return. Explain these prices please.

PJ - were you initially given any promises of financial backing to get players in?
Feel sorry for you TBH working with these 2. How can anyone produce a decent which is full of freebies and loans. However after your comments on saturday, please leave. If you dont have belief in yourself how can others?

Having good facilities does not give you the right to have a succesful team.
Unfortunately St Georges Park will only be available to a small minority of boys.
I believe that they should be puting money into educating Coaches/boys how to play the game correctly from a grass roots level....Too many coaches from U8'S are too focused on winning, by getting the bigger kids to "bully" the smaller ones rather than improving the boys controlling, passing etc (trust me, this happens!!!) The amount of young boys that are already pulling shirts, pushing, diving from an early age is shocking.
This should lead to more "elite" players therefore having a strong foundation.
Unfortunately the majority top clubs owners want success now and would prefer to spend money on established foreign players rather than their youngsters.

Its all about money, which PJ is clearly not being given enough of. At least he's trying.
Last year people moaned that there were too many old freebies and loanees. This year there moaning that he cant buy anyone. The latter answers the original problem.
ME & Clegg need to back PJ, but they are looking at the balance sheet and do not want to end up like Portsmouth. Its very difficult to get out of this league and if you spend a lot of money on wages then you have to get promoted immediately to get the rewards.

if he does return this will be great news for the club. The best coach i have ever had the pleasure of working with/coached by.
He coached me at ITFC and in the loacal summer courses around the town,he also helped me with my injuries when i was realeased by the club. Cant speak highly enough of him. Brilliant |

Where shall I start....
Cheaper Tickets = more people in = better atmosphere = better results = more revenue
Half time - youth teams on the pitch, also the team on the pitch against Leicester was brilliant, everyone got involved. Palace had a much better half time entertainment. Kids picked from crowd for pens, cheerleaders ;-) an eagle flying around the stadium.
On a personal level STOP THE MUSIC WHEN A GOAL IS SCORED!!! I cant stand this plastic football atmosphere. It happens at way too many crowds. |

financially ITFC can not do this, my personal opion of the CAT 1,2. Is that this will bring an even bigger gap between the Prem & Champ. It is only for the rich clubs.
ITFC cant afford this until they eventually reach the PL, but then it will take 2-3 years for the kids to come through and as everyone knows, very rarely does a newly promoted team stay in the PL for more than an year.
Its a shame, but the correct decision |
